Privacy Policy
How the Edufelt public website handles information submitted by visitors and privacy-aware website analytics.
1. Information you submit
When you request a demonstration, subscribe to updates, contact support or start live chat, you may provide information such as your name, school or organisation, email address, phone number and message content. Those operational records are handled by the relevant Edufelt module and are not copied into first-party website analytics events. Schools invited to the private onboarding workspace may additionally submit school profile details, website content, owner/director contact information, signatures and supporting documents needed for Edufelt setup.
2. Consent and website analytics
Optional analytics is disabled until Analytics consent is granted. If enabled, Edufelt first-party analytics can process random browser identifiers, session identifiers, page paths, referral/UTM source, broad device/browser/operating-system type, screen dimensions, language and interaction events such as demo CTA clicks, newsletter subscriptions and live-chat starts. It does not store raw visitor IP addresses or the content of forms and conversations.
3. Why information is used
Information may be used to respond to enquiries, arrange demonstrations, provide requested support, operate newsletter subscriptions, understand consented website usage, improve usability, measure business conversions, maintain security and meet applicable legal obligations.
4. Optional third-party tools
Authorized administrators can configure Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity and Meta Pixel. These integrations are separately gated by Analytics or Marketing consent and remain disabled until the matching category is granted. Their providers may process data under their own contractual and privacy terms.
5. Retention
Analytics and consent retention periods are configurable in the Edufelt administration area. A background cleanup process removes records that exceed those periods. Sales leads, support messages, newsletter records and other operational data may have separate retention requirements.
6. Your choices
You can reject optional categories or change them later using . Where applicable, individuals may also request access, correction or deletion of personal information through Edufelt’s published privacy contact.
7. Security
The website uses measures including HTTPS, secure cookies, anti-forgery protection, rate limiting, role/permission-based administration and content-security controls. Private onboarding files are stored outside the public web root and are served only after onboarding-session or administrator permission checks. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Children and school data
This public website is intended for product information, support and business enquiries. Student, parent and school data handled inside the Edufelt Academic Suite should be governed by separate customer agreements, platform privacy notices and data-processing terms.
9. Changes
Material changes to analytics or tracking should be accompanied by an updated cookie-consent version so visitors are prompted to review their optional preferences again.
10. Contact
Add the official Felttouch Technologies privacy email, telephone number and business address here before production launch.
